Introduction

We are Alex and Rommy Wedzinga. In 2006 we started the outdoor shop Route62 in Värmland Sweden..

Alex has been working as an general-director of a Dutch juvenile justice centre in Den Helder.

Alex has loved Sweden for about 20 years. Since 2003 we have a house in Sweden where we have been spending all our holidays. With our family we decided that we want to live in Sweden permanently.

We both are very interested in the beautiful nature; the restful and social environment and we think that it is important that our children grow up in such an environment. Sweden gives us enough possibilities on all these things.

Starting up something for ourselves was something else we would both like to do. We are both interested in canoes, outdoor life and we have been camping ourselves for many years.

The last 20 years Alex got a lot of experience in managing big non-profit organizations. He liked the challenge to use this experience in a profit-organization, especially in our own new company.

Rommy has many years of experience in administrative work in non-profit organizations and now uses this experience in favour of our own new company.
